Event location
Session 1 is now in the Boudewijn auditorium (not in Ellips as previously announced), Boudewijnlaan 30, 1030 Brussels - see Google Maps It is a 9 minutes walk from the railway station "Bruxelles Nord" and is just next to Metro station "Yser".
To go from there to the Mundo-B building where the general assembly and the gala diner will be: at Metro station "Yser" you take line 2 direction "SIMONIS (LEOPOLD II)" or line 6 direction "ROI BAUDOUIN", you get out at "Porte de Namur" (that takes 7 minutes). Then go for a 2 minute walk: get out of the metro station at the exit "Rue Champs de Mars" and walk into that street, then take the first street on the right "rue d'Edimbourgh" and it's on number 26 - see Google Maps.
Session 2 is in the Ferraris auditorium, Koning Albert II-laan 20, 1000 Brussels - on the same street as session 1 but more in the middle of it - see Google Maps It is a 5 minutes walk from the railway station "Bruxelles Nord" and a 5 minutes walk from Metro station "Yser".
The group that doesn't go to the European Parliament, stays in this Ferraris auditorium until the end of the program.
The [small] group that goes to the European Parliament has to travel to session 3 and come back to session 4.
To go to the EP, in Metro station "Yser" you take line 2 direction "SIMONIS (LEOPOLD II)" or line 6 direction "ROI BAUDOUIN", you get out at "Trone" (that takes 6 minutes).
The correct address is European Parliament, Altiero Spinelli building (room JAN 6Q1), rue Wiertz 60, 1050 Brussels - see Google Maps It is a 9 minute walk from Metro station "Trone" - follow Rue du Luxembourg and you will arrive at the Altiero Spinelli building.
To go to session 4 (back in the Ferraris auditorium), go to the Metro station "Trone", take line 2 or line 6 direction "SIMONIS (ELISABETH)" and get out at "Yser" and walk 5 minutes to the Ferraris auditorium.

Hotels/B&B
If you want to stay in a hotel/B&B, EURAF blocked some rooms for participants in the conference at reduced prices. Rooms have been blocked for two nights (9th & 10th of October) at the hotels listed below. When you contact them for reservations, mention the European Agroforestry Federation so that the reduced prices below apply. The week of the conference is going to be busy in Brussels, so you are advised to make your booking as soon as you receive the confirmation of your registration for the conference by email.
IMPORTANT: you will have to personally contact the hotel (through email or phone call) because the online booking systems don't allow to book rooms blocked for EURAF. Note that all prices mentioned below are per person per night and include breakfast and free WiFi.
Hotel Beau Site An excellent option, and inexpensive if sharing a room. Price: 102 € in a single room, 56 € in a double/twin room (extra beds on demand). Number of rooms blocked: 15. Deadline to book your room: 7 September.
