The Association of Truffle Growers of Pays-de-la-Loire (France) was created on June 26th 2020. The truffle has a future in the West of France! Indeed, this mycorrhizal fungus (Tuber melanosporum) is adapted to the climate of western France (Pays-de-la-Loire).
